EPIC duo taking centre stage in NEXT.io RG Symposium discussion

Two of EPIC’s prominent spokespeople will be playing a key role at next week’s NEXT.io RG Symposium in Malta, as they join a panel discussion on ‘Maintaining Integrity through Sports Betting Partnerships’.

Attendees at the Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar will be able to hear insight from Martin Bland, SVP commercial, and Craig Cornforth, senior consultant, on Monday 11th November, as they are joined by Christina Theophilos, head of RG at TonyBet, Steve Emberson, head of integrity, Genius Sports, and Gary Follis, chief strategy officer, Betting and Gaming Council, as they discuss how sports betting partnerships are a positive dynamic for the sports industry, reflecting a progressive relationship between gambling operators and major sports teams and leagues.

EPIC’s Bland will moderate discussion on what can be a contentious topic in media circles, where these relationships are held up for scrutiny against claims that they have a negative impact on fans, athletes, and on society in general.

We shall discuss how sports betting partnerships can be used to protect the most vulnerable people in society and to also ensure that responsible gaming is at the heart of every partnership.
