EPIC Risk Management hire research expert Dr Donna Nicholas
EPIC Risk Management today announced that Dr Donna Nicholas has joined the company in the newly created role as Research Manager, effective immediately.
Dr Nicholas’ role will see her provide research and evaluation expertise to EPIC Risk Management’s operational staff and develop effective research and evaluation strategies to support the company wider strategic goals and objectives.
Dr Nicholas brings an incredible amount of experience to the role having worked in social impact evaluation roles in both the public and private sector.
On her new role, Dr Nicholas said: “This is an exciting opportunity to help the organisation more effectively demonstrate the impact it continues to have in minimising gambling-related harms. EPIC has a strong ethos and set of values working in the harm-minimisation environment and I’m delighted to join such a passionate and talented team.”
Research continues to support the development of EPIC’s educational programmes and sector-leading industry training, both in the UK and internationally and this hire of Dr Donna Nicholas is reflecting the progression EPIC continue to make in this field according to Pete Wallis, the Director of Operations.
