EPIC Global Solutions celebrates International Women’s Day
As the world commemorates International Women’s Day, EPIC Global Solutions proudly announces its steadfast dedication to advancing gender diversity and empowering women in the workplace.
Founded on principles of inclusivity and empowerment, EPIC Global Solutions reaffirms its commitment to investing in women across all facets of its operations.
Since its inception, EPIC Global Solutions has prioritised fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Chief executive and founder Paul Buck remarks: “At EPIC, we recognise the invaluable contributions of women in our organisation and beyond. As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we take pride in our journey towards gender equality and pledge to continue fostering an environment where every individual can thrive.”
A notable milestone in EPIC’s journey is the significant increase in the representation of women within the organisation. From comprising just 10% of the workforce in 2018, women now constitute a much improved 45% of EPIC’s workforce in 2024, with a clear trajectory to reach gender parity by 2025.
EPIC Global Solutions demonstrates its commitment to investing in women through various initiatives, including sponsoring female apprenticeships and supporting female candidates pursuing PhD programmes.
Additionally, EPIC actively promotes gender diversity in leadership roles, exemplified by the recent appointment of Teresa Fiore to the EPIC Senior Leadership Team in the United States.
Fiore joins director of operations Danielle Smith and director of finance Marion Blundell, further bolstering the company’s commitment to fostering female leadership at the organisation’s apex.
As the world celebrates the achievements and contributions of women on International Women’s Day, EPIC Global Solutions reiterates its unwavering dedication to empowering women, creating opportunities for growth, and driving positive change within the industry and beyond.
